There is a fighter cap, pretty much all 120 Fighters have hit it (If they are classed
properly and BVE, regardless of nation and base). US Elite FP seem to hit it in the
early 100s. IJNs and UKs happen slightly later.

i did 3 test to test this theory already when my fighters were level
100 i dueled a fleet member with level 120 we
both had t4s US both our planes lost equal ratio of planes then we
tried t3s same idea. then we tried my t3s vs his
t4s they got slaughtered. then i tried my t4s vs his t3s i slaughtered
his. i think they are capped just the matter of
b/v/e and differnt tier vs tier planes and good micro
all of our pilots were base 11 and 12s b/v/e. along with seaman and no seaman

One good way to know is testing aaw vs lot of sodak. Then compare it with other
fighter.

Then to determine if the attack is cap. Take a T1 and let them chase by faster
planes. If they got trouble taking down the planes, it means the defense is higher
than the attack. Which possible leads to a cap. Else, the opposite means no cap at
all.

I'm not claiming this to be the 100% truth, but it's what ive been hearing repeatedly
across the forums.

Fighter stat is both capped and uncapped. Your attack on fighters WILL get capped
(and it is influenced by yor fighter stat) but your DEFENSE of your fighters wont get
capped.

And +11 vs +12 won't make that much of a difference.

How much something affects fighters:

Level > Plane Type > Vets/experts > How they're classed (fighter, ace, sq ldr) = +11
vs +12 vs +13

Since the CV/Pilot Patch I feel like it is uncapped. At high lvls (110++) every single vet
and bases make a huge difference. But that is just a feeling... I wonder how other CV
players think about this.

Yes, it will get capped and the +11 and +12 doesn't really matter. Only thing that
amtters are basiclly vets/experts and lvl. I have a lvl 72 FP Boosted 100 vets 200
experts that is capped. Boost really help too.
