  • making a good escot

Hi,

Im gonna make an emden escot for my BB, I will use :

1x bo
4x aa gunner (chief)

Then I was wondering, does the escot performance soley rely upon the ai or does the level
of sailors matter ?

If I was to fill up all my support slots on it with seamen would this improve the escorts
performance ? Should I just leave them empty ?

Im looking forward to the little bugger, well ride together, die together and sometimes
when im not looking ill tk him - btw do u loose exp for that ? I dunno I never had an
escort before - of any kind ! ;P

I cannot find any commands for the escort in the control panel, do you guys happen to know
some ? I read from a website that " = " makes it stop shooting

only ship that should use them is CV like the last poster claims, they only cross and
cause problems on the line

Please do not use escorts on BBs. They will cross the line entirely too often creating
giant problems.

Yes you will lose xp for shooting your or another players escort, it is a friendly ship.

I'm of the opinion that there is no such thing as a good escort, but don't let that put
you off...

Though please reconsider the idea of putting four AA gunners on an Emden.

This is not a suggestion, it should be in "tips and tactics"
1
