I was reading on trainworld and wondered, can the Kaiser only carry scout planes?
Not fighters or anything?

you forgot the ISE 1943 BB/CV
it can caryy F/B/T/R too
and one more thing
Kaiser can send 2 scouts at the same time not just 1

Only CVs, Mogami CV remodel (classed as a CA) and Oyodo can carry fighters/bombers. The
level 120 scouts however can and will shoot down planes.
