  • Disable the Turning option in waiting rooms

I'm not too sure if this has been suggested already but lately I've been in rooms where
annoying lvl 120 players decide to face everyone the wrong way for fun to confuse others
when everyone splits. Since you can't tell whether you're on Alpha or Bravo (if I'm not
mistaken),you end up in a position you don't want to be in to start off the battle. There
is no use for this turning option anyways, besides giving high level players the previlige
to screw over everyone else.

You shutting down everything I have to say about it and telling me to get over it is
defending it, do I need to define the verb "To defend" for you? Again, you have nothing
useful to say about this turning dial. I didn't put this up so you could try to brag about
the two computers you simultaneously use helping you play navyfield. I put it up for
people to either agree with it or disagree. Since you have not done either and you
probably will continue to not do either, just say get over it, please stop commenting in
this suggestion.

My bad. I had no idea how hard it was for some people to figure out which team
they were on. And I dont recall defending the turning option. I just deal with it. If
you cant implement the very simple solutions given to you to figure out which team
you are on I suggest you switch to a game thats more your speed. Maybe pong?

Rocketeer, how has any of your suggestions been helpful? You're saying keep a feature that
has no benefit, just confuses people. When the countdown begins, the game doesn't tell you
what team you're on, the way your facing tells you what team your on. If you're facing the
wrong way when you get back, you'll think you're on bravo when you're on alpha. So, next
time before you comment on something, try giving helpful information that doesn't involve
a person having to have 2 computers to solve the problem. You're ignorant of how
nonbeneficial the turning dial is. Why would you want to keep it? You agree that it's not
useful yet you still defend it? Forget the Navyfield Tissue's, what you need is a brain
and to move out of your moms basement and find a girlfriend.

phimon do have a point, the turning option has no use whatsoever except maybe as a
tactical use in HA, but even then its usage is rare. It is only their for the flag bearer to
screw up the position.
I suggest...no nevermind, as a matter of fact this issue does need to be in the
suggestion forum waiting to rot, its probably just easy to just take the turn option out
next maintainance by the sde team and be done with it.

Sorry Phantom but I have no idea what benefit the turning feature has. I just deal
with it, And no I dont use Alt Tab. Im too busy looking at my second computer to
use that. And like someone else mentioned, you can hear when the countdown
starts so you have time to see what team you are on.
And yes, these responses and the ones given by the other players are helpful.
If you dont like them might I suggest you see my suggestion regarding NavyField
Tissues.

Lol... If you had a 120 bo, or even 110+, you would think differently.

These responses are pathetic. I'm simply asking what the benefit of the turning dial is
and everyones response is you should know which way you are and where to position
yourself. Try being useful and answer the question given to you.

so you tab back when you start hearing the bleeps. thatll give you a good 10 secs to
look at the flags (pay attention next time you wait instead of alt tab) to poisition
yourself. unless youre one of those ppl who miss it and sit afk for the first minute of the
game.

now lets say you do sit for a minute, the minimap will tell you all you need.
