To be honest, the only part that will be very detrimental in the end is the late classing.
11/10 will still cap eventually. Last 2 crews I have done have been 11/11, unboosted 100
vets and have no real complaints. Not the best for blitz when they were that level but
not really an issue.

11/10 gunner classed late and short of vets? Probably not much.
