Perfect bass settings for a equalizer

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm trying to get the maximum bass effect out of all genre's
except classical and country, I'm using the Itunes tuner (bad one i know). So if anyone
can i would like some suggestions on what to put the equalizer nobs at.

the presets suck >.> and alright van, i got one figured out that i've been using just
trying to tune the distortion out of it.
