Unlock New Nation Sailors

tomfoolery44	I think it would be nice if you could start classing sailors to Russia or maybe even Italy before the ships are added. A lot of people are just going to level them in a moltke anyway and it would be nice to level your gunners and supports higher so you can play those new ships with a high level crew.

tomfoolery44	I am not saying unlock the ships and stuff, just the ability to class sailors to the new nations so that they can be leveled on ships of other nations. It is not like they are going to change the way these new nation sailors are classed during testing. I don't really see a down side.

Elliot2lazy	Russia and Italy will come out when they come out. SDE will decide this, no need to rush this. I request that this should be locked!

phimon	Yea, there's no point doing that anyways if you don't have a high level BO. Your crew will just be too heavy for the lower level ships.
