Make Navyfield work with SSD's.

By removing hackshield so that my game isn't tabbed out during the loading process
resulting in zoom bug 100% of the time.

I am running NF from a SSD for a few months now and it has always worked properly, hack shield or no hack shield

They fixed it in todays ninja patch (at least they said). HS is still in the game but they
claim it's fixed.
