f10 wont do anything for screen resolution.
You need to access your graphics card control panel (ex. I have an Intel Graphics card)
(example) For intel:
Control Panel>
Under appearance and personalization, click adjust screen resolution>
Advanced settings>
Intel Graphics and media control panel>
graphics properties>
Aspect ratio>
Maintain aspect ratio/ widescreen/ windowed
Of course, if you have a different graphics card such as an ATI, it will not be the same.
The way to access your graphics card control panel will be completely different. In this
case, use google search to find out how to access it.
