as a result of the recent patch, you should be able to run navyfield under compatibility
mode (use win98/me)
also ensure you are running as an administrator

I had this problem begin with the 1.0 hackshield emergency fix patch, but it would only
do this once then it would load properly the second try.

now, after the 2.0 "we need to fix this crappy program we don't know how to operate
properly on our client/game servers" hackshield emergency fix patch, it does it 3-4
times, then if the program doesn't freeze during loading, it will load up properly. if I'm
forced to reboot, I'm starting off at square one.

the answer from the tech support ticket? "check your firewall or tcp protocols, because
it can't be a problem on our end when we didn't do a good job of installing the
hackshield in the first place, and manage to do better for some, worse for others who
had no problems at all before in trying to fix it."

Got the same thing have completly try everything some i can come up whit.
Even to go into the codes and look if it's some bug but no bug.

I have tried all possible solutions but Navyfield does not start

the updater updates the last patch and I have to click on start and then ......

all freeze and Navyfield crash.....

has somebody a new idea to solve this problem ?

ensure that you are running Navyfield, Navyfield Launcher, ENFUNS Updater, and HSUpdate
as an administrator.
Quetzel's above post shows how, and you can repeat that for the other applications.
While you're at that properties/compatibility box, also check disable visual themes and
desktop composition for Navyfield, Navyfield Launcher, ENFUNS Updater, and HSUpdate. These
are my settings and my game runs wonderfully.

not run as administrator...but set it up so it does when it is launched
-Right click navyfield (make sure it is selected first)
-Under properties click compatibility
-Near the bottom it should say run as administrator, check that box
