i just updated my atlanta to oakland purchased weapons and all that went to battle
rear guns wont fire put torps in the 2 torp slots then i put a gun there and they fired..
show ammo for rear front and now my 3rd gun i have acc gunner on them lvl 36 with lvl
34 guns any ideas?

Take off and then put on your sailors.

Do this^ to any sailors that receive no exp and appear to do nothing.
