Here are the lists for frequently asked issues after today's patch. Please check this first
before contacting our support team.

1. My sailors / ships are lost!
The sailor limit on shipyard is 50, and ship limit is 25. The rest should be placed in your
HQ (sailors) or sold (ships). Please check your remaining credit amount or HQ to find them.

2. I have no Premium ships!
All Premium ships were sold, the credits are placed back, and players are able to
receive them again from the item tab.

3. Fleet information is gone!
We're currently checking this issue, as far we are seeing this issue if players were
active in a fleet of both servers. Please check the previous notice how to request
support for this issue. We will also check for the already existing fleet name issue.

4. Where are my EBB1?
We're getting reports of EBB1 being lost. We're currently checking this with our devs
to find out the reason. However, since we have a backup record for this, please
do not be worried of your ship being lost. We will make further announcement how
to restore those ships.

5. Ship Tree images
Some of the Ship tree preview images shows wrong ship image. This has been
assigned and will be fixed with a future client patch.
