I have lost all my Ships and Crews

Yasimoto	I had vickers, a fubuki, a mogami, a hosho, a taiho and a dhoburi plus the crew for all of them and this is my first time on since the merge. I have lost most of my crews and all of my ships but a kangero of something to that effect. What the hell happened. I've lost my ACE fighter pilot and ACE TB pilot and all my other pilots plus a bunch of high level crew. I want them back. I worked hard for the carriers and subs to just lose them and have to start over.

Yasimoto	Just checked Kaiser and they finally just showed up.

Yasimoto	Checked the other server and my account on there is messed up too. I have a screen shot of some of my ships but not all.

Yasimoto	My crews and ships are nowhere. I looked under items and my premium ship is not listed as a purchase so I can't recover my stuff that way either. Also I had a couple of other accounts for Different Navies and they all now only have level1 crews. So all my accounts on Yamato are messed up.

noblast	The answer my son got back fixed all my problems and my regular ships and crew all came back. Go to your item menu, click on your premium ships you had and lost, receive ships. Once my premium ships were back everything straightened out.

nyerkovic	Please send a support ticket so they can help you with your specific problem. It's the best solution you have for now.

Yasimoto	I checked and I have lost everything but one BO and I can only use the Kangero and one other ship. All my other BO's, Ships and Crew's are gone. They were on the Yamato server. It took me a long time to get these crews and to just loss them and have to start over again is unacceptable. Where's the backup?

nyerkovic	If you are having trouble with crews and ships, first check your HQ and ITEM panel... some of them might be there. If that doesn't solve it, then please send a support ticket so GMs can take care of it.
