Seriously though,
I don't think billy is a kid (although that would be hilarious if he was - billy the kid
anyone?). My guess from his fleet and the way he talks is that english is simply not
his first language so perhaps be a bit cautious in that regard.

Thing is I switched from CV to BB so he could play because he had a superior setup and if
I remember correctly he only got angry after you kept banning him even when he was our
fifth CV.

Just talk things over dude. No need to hit the ban hammer instantly...
