Since you are sending tickets, the best thing I think you could do is to just relax and let
them work. The situation right now is caused because they worked on a ticket
(recovering your radio information) while you also tried to solve the problem on your
own (disband everything a create new squads).

Try one step at a time. Let the ticket be answered and worked on, and then do
something else. Doing 2 things at a time might cause contradictory outcome.
