Here are the currently known issues after patch 1.314.
Please check this first before contacting our support team.

1. Lost sailors
We have found that some accounts are actually missing a part of their sailors.
This happens if you don't have used HQ on the other server, or on both servers.
We are currently working on this issue, and the missing sailors will be restored
by the system with this week's patch. To avoid double-restore, please understand
that we are not able to manually restore them before the patch.
We're sorry for the temporal loss.

2. Fleet information
As informed in the previous notice, we are checking for fleet issues, and handling
it as first priority. If you are fleet/squadless but showing up at the list of your fleet/
squad leader, please ask your fleet/squad leader first to remove you from the list.
You will be able to rejoin the fleet/squad after. If the fleet master is experiencing
this trouble, send us a support ticket that we can try to manually restore the data.


We will update the list if we confirm further issues.
