  • WTB/WTS/WTT: spamming?

I can큧 understand why typying only one time these kind of messages is considered spamming.

Some moderators seem policemen more than players fighting against players who advertise,
threatening with banning to these players.

I think these has no sense.

As others stated above, there are 4 ways to advert and sell your sailors:
- Trade Area
- Trade system in harbour
- Trade section of the forums
- Channel 110. This last one can be accessed by typing "/e 110" in your chat bar.


These systems are there because the spam of WTB/WTS/WTT in the general chat room bothers
most of the players.

There is THREE places to sell your sailors:

- Trade Area
- Trade system in harbour
- Trade section of the forums

If people wish to buy they are where they will look.

A while back the spamming of WTB/WTS/WTT was getting annoying for a lot of players, so the
decision was to move all the trading messages to Channel 110.

That is now the proper channel to send the trade messages, not the general channel where
it's considered spam and a bannable offense.

I will look for the link where that info was given, but I encourage you to read the forums
so you don't have trouble with other rules.
