fokker	Well for something that actually mad it into use, the German Krummlauf curved barrel attachment for the Stg44 assault rifle. It would allow a soldier to fire around corners or from a firing slit on a tank. It sort of worked for a few rounds

fFoxfire	Look up the H Projects like the H39 H44 and also the Furer class battleship. Also my fave is the 1st Stealth Bomber, while it wasn't stealth its low radar shape and paint made it a ghost in WW2 terms. -Fox
