who cares? you guys act like this is super secret information. the only thing you are
trying to prevent is negative press.. it has no real value other than that.

I'm running Vista 32. No problems here. Maybe you should try dual booting an OS that's
better suited for NF?

Gump, one thing is to talk about the status of a ticket and a completely different thing is
to show the actual content which is indeed private.

Please see the difference, because it's big.

Private communication is not to be shown on the forums. What you did is show the
content... the private communication between you and SDE...

If you had just said "I send a support ticket and they answered something else" it's
different... that is status, not content.

I've gone beyond a reinstall, I'm on a whole new computer, new Hard Drives, new install, a
clean slate really.

I sent in some .rpt files to teamNF, maybe it will help, maybe it wont. I tried playing
like 5 games the other day, with the same result each time. I'm actually losing credits
right now for the cost of ship repairs (running a kita only)

I'm still waiting for being compensated for ever played this game, but hey, everyone can

After the HS i could not play to crashed every room. Try re install and let the settings
stand default i play smooth right now

ROFL so guess what.. I made a post about a support ticket issue and it gets binned by
deadeye.. yet we have tnf members referencing it support tickets.. you guys are really
spinning out of control here.


ohh and support just keeps telling me to reinstall the game.. i've done it twice now..
how many more times should I reinstall before it's "fixed"?

Im relying on both the Tech support forums and support tickets. I've been talking to
soblueGM and relaying exactly what I am doijng to NF in order to nail down what the
problem is.

Its weird though, these crashes seem so specific, I'm not crashing anywhere else but
during games. Although I suppose I could try sitting around in Harbor or something to see
if it crashes.
