guys, sometimes ago i tried to create a new sailor with +15 Potential growth level. i
rolled more than 100 times and i found max +14 in very rare times but no +15. but i heard
that +15 is maximum Potential Growth level which is available. and i also tried to see the
max Torpedo Growth level and i found max is +11 for Torpedo Growth. so, does anyone got
+15 Potential or +12 torpedo growth level????

Ive had +12s & +15s and 12/12s and what not but ive also been there with u and
cant roll nothing to save my life so take it as it comes bud

When you roll neuts its random, sort of. The thing is if you roll say a 12/11 gunner
everyone on the server rolling at that same time will roll that same exact gunner. People
rolling on multiple computers or rolling at the same time have confirmed this years ago.

For the geek savy, assuming things are random, they are randomizing using a generated
seed. It may be they use a new seed when you try to reroll, so yes after 5 or 10 minutes
you might want to hit the cancel and then click "New" again.

There was a comment about starting the roll again and I think there may be
something to be said here. For the geek savy, assuming things are random, they

click "New" again. 15 is the max for Potential. I have a level 12 sitting in my
account. Just can't decide what to do with him. As for rolling 12s.... painfully slow
buisness. I got so mad one time I just bought a crew of 13s from NF.com. Still to do
that for multiple lines and nations.... As much as 12s will help, 11s (with decent
repair/engineer values (9 min, 10 preferred) isn't bad either. If you are using
Fighter Pilots who are not upgraded to Premiums with an 11 you will be owned by
many players but can still contribute. Skill can make up for average players... just
don't level up a +8 or something in the primary stat.... that 3 points x 90+ levels will
make a difference!

I rolled a UK BB6 crew, my BO is 15 POT I also have a seaman who is 14 POT and for
everyone else I accepted 11

I've rolled lots of +15 pot's but I've never been able to roll a +12 any thing else.
Very annoying.

I think once i saw a +12 eng but rolled past when I clicked the button too fast. :(

politely and I will give you a +12 torp since I have about a dozen of them
sitting around.

I had a bunch, deleted them all before the server merge lol (mainly +12 reps and
bombers...). Got a neuty crew at level 12 ready for the Ruskies. IIRC, +15's you can't
trade, if the receiving party wants to use it as a BO, since the sailor needs to be
classed. But rolling 100 times is ... not much. Try rolling when the servers come back
up from maintenance. I've rolled more +12s at that time than on any other time.
Weird superstition...

best i have ever seen was 14 potential but the the rest where all under 8 lol
