escherion	what is those class for the badges like silver or gold thingys? and do i need to level up here or level my bridge operator to raise it?

JayZee	u get the first gold bar at lvl 65 with ANY sailor then with an increment of every 11 lvls to get an additional bar. There r also 3 badges that u can get and u can only get it when ur BO is lvl 100, 110, then 120
