Mine is Sriracha sauce by Huy Fong. Being that its made mostly of cayenne pepper and
garlic it goes good on hotdogs, pizza, stir fry, cassoroles, eggs, soup, etc.

Agreed, most sauces contain too much vinegar. Sucks.

Now that I think of it, i have had Chalula and it is good, it and many other hot sauces,
like it, at one restaurant I go to. the restaurant has salsa that isn't spicy, so we add
Chalula for added warmth.

Sauces that are hot and have flavor are what I usually go for, Tabasco isn't a fav of
mine, it just has a watery texture and is quite vinegary. Frank's Red Hot is decent tho...

Anyone go for the Taco Bell hot sauces? I find it to be the cheapest, being that I usually
grab a handful each time I go. They had two new flavors, one is a chipotle and the
other is some green one. Why they sell the bottles in stores is beyond me...

The stuff was pretty good, actually. I thought it would be all heat and no flavor (that's
what she said), but was surprised that wasn't the case. Still very hot.

There's a store in Friday Harbor, WA (San Juan Islands) called The Hot Shop. They have
what they claim is the record-holding hottest sauce in the World. I never read into it,
but figured that $450 would be better spent elsewhere. My brother did grab a bottle of
something, but nothing near 600k or higher :)

600k is intimidating. Nowhere near being the hottest sauce but still...wow.

Sriracha, Chiptole Tabasco, or Chalula. Last time I was in Tuscon, I found a bottle of
this, and it is indeed pretty hot:

I personally enjoy Caribbean Jerk. That being said I enjoy any Hot Sauce as long as it is
hot and spicy. I always enjoy the challenge of trying out Hot/Spicy foods.

On most things I like Tobasco. On taco's it's gotta be Ortega 'Hot' with some habanero.
With pizza's it's gotta be crushed red pepper though.

Gaby's Hot Stuff sauce ranges.

Found them when i went to the UK 2 years ago, in Camden markets.
Spicy, very flavoursome, especially the Lime Chilli sauce - great for marinades. I now
ship these to Australia - it's worth it!
