What I mean, is if someone has stolen your password, they can log into the website and see
a payment history. In other words, they could claim they are the original owner by
knowing that last purchase when in reality they didn't. Just doesn't seem reliable to me.

This works until someone loses/forgets it. Back to square one. And your right there are
flaws in the system and realistically there will be in any method.

Sure if I were to be the scamer, I could log on your account and know your email adress that
is registered to your account. However, it's not like I have the password of that user email.

That being said, there are flaws in this system.

I would content myself if there were somekind of serial numbers they give you right after
you create an account. That serial number is unique and should be used as the proof.

If all they would have to do is prive purchase history, they could find that information
by logging in on the website. This should not be an acceptible solution to using an
originally registered email.

It's probably going to come down to how much TNF/SDE feels like helping. They in the past
made a big point about not helping players with hacked accounts if they are shared.

hi richar how are u sir? i send the ticket putting the number of mine last item that i
bougt. a mod told i started share mine acocunt on jan 29. yea i share people that i trust
if i get mine account i will never share mine account to noneone no more. i keeo
changing mine pass every couple of week.

Send a support ticket. Confidential account information related should be handled with the
GM.
