Ackbar25	So I haven't played in over a year due to technical difficulties on my virtual machine...I finally got to play today and I guess im starting from scratch? I lost all my other crews that I worked so hard on and paid money for... the game recognized my name cause I logged on and I am on Nebraska now but I used to be MO...ARG WHERE'S ME SHIPS

nyerkovic	All inactive accounts were sent to storage before the merge. If you haven't played in over a year, they are there. Please send a support ticket asking for the GMs to recover your crew and ships from the storage.

quietcos	lol you can still start over (can I has your stuffs :P ) As for the black screen crap, don't worry about it. Just kill off the NF process and restart the game. It's happening to a lot of us. But if it persists I recommend manually updating HackShield by running the HSUpdate.exe program in the HShield folder in your NF install folder.

Ackbar25	Also every other time I try to log in is a black screen or some kind of failed something...then it updates and take forever the next time and I can play
