Vawlkus	Why the heck do they need to delay HAs AGAIN? I mean you don't need a fleet to take an empty harbor, you need them to defend it a week later. If fleets can declare now, get the harbor this weekend and have two weeks to get their fleet retagged and defend it. Why wait?

quietcos	I agree, expected errors are rare... but this is navyfield.... * insert guy with beard and deep pit here * They did announce this on the servers via some broadcast channel that was highlighted against other chat by using the font colour "Battleship White". I can't believe you guys missed it...
