You're confusing storage account with HQ. Most players have a 2nd account
they use for holding sailors etc. I assume you don't have one.
Get a friend or someone you trust to hold a few sailors for you while you
make the adjustments. Perhaps if you can't, maybe a TNF member could
help you out since the merge did cause the overflow by holding a sailor while
you quickly fix your HQ. Your ships should be in the items list.

I think your case is extreme where everything is so full you can't move anything
in or out of HG.

~ I assume your case is - the account has 50 sailors, and the HQ is full + darkened
sailors from the merge right? Even though you might want to delete a yellow
sailor, you can't because it's in the HQ and can't take it out since you have 50
already. You need sailors to be moved off the account so you have space for
making changes. I'm not sure how many sailors you have darkened in the HQ
but the only solution seems to be to make a storage account.

You need to reduce the number of sailors to below 50 to move some out of HQ

A storage account is just that storage, playing is not what you are using it for,
it is just to hold ships or crew

That is correct and when they merged if you have additional Yellow crew at level 1
you can delete them to make room.

E. Some of the ships I used I cannot even see on my account at all. Not
there not in my HQ and no there are not all ships I have paid for. There not in the
area for paid for ships. My Ebb is completely gone.

If your original EBB is gone you can get it restored via a support ticket.
All other ships are in the item tab for your account

So before the merge you were able to play on either server but only at one time
with the combined crew you need to move or remove crew to get you back to the
way you were.

You fail to understand that you need to follow the instructions that you were given.

You need to move some of your ships around to access your crew and ships or
get some extra HQ pages.

You can do this all yourself so the answers given show where the support failure is
on you to make a storage account to move the extras too.
