  • Inconsistant messages about sleeping account

Hi, it's Cuda.
The Sleeping account page says you can awaken your account after 10 days, and I
just came back from vacation a couple of days ago. I sent in a ticket because it
wouldn't let me wake the account up, and I find out it's 20 days! This's ridiculous, I'd
like to get back in on the NF action but the message was incorrect (said 10 not 20)
and I have to wait more than another week. Any explaination for this? No offence,
but I'm shocked by this. That's the worst typo I've ever seen. Lol. Someone explain
this fail to me?

Yeah, I know they Typo'd it, but they're doing events now and I'm missing them!

Hi, its Ack.
If you look closely at your keyboard, you'll notice that the number one (1) is right
next to the number two (2). A very understandable and easy mistake to make on
the job. Hopefully they can accommodate to your needs, but an extra ten days is
really nothing. Maybe you can go out and do something constructive if they are
unable to bring your account back online.
