on a side note, if you're planning on converting experts to veterans, the first 30 or so
veterans are relatively easy to change over without failing too much. but beyond that,
unless you manage to win or purchase premium items to convert experts into veterans,
you're better off to save up between events and cash them in en mass when it's a
200% increase to the chance of converting. especially when you start looking at 50+,
80+, 100+.

I'm sure there are other factors, or rumours of other factors floating around. and, like
most of us have already learned the hard way (if they tell you otherwise, they're most
likely (but not neccesarily always) full of it, you can wind up blowing through 100+
experts only to get maybe 10 veterans if you're lucky.

yes if your gonna make UK or US AA gunners and your not going to use reload gunners
you should class them as late as possible

-Same range as D variant

-Requires less gunspace, and on some case useable Furious, and other low gun
space ship.

-Weigh epic less

-Faster reload

PSss edit: I can still manage to go 40 knots on qv with RP.
Emerald with some lvl 120 crew, which is almost impossible with NLD.

Just wondering, does the A variant of the RP12 do better than the NLDs?

AA is the only option if you dont want to spend $

Will you believe me if I said I get over 1300 experts in about 12 hours of game play
with premium?

And this week, I manage to get at least 1576 experts.

Sunday didn't put much effort in aain. Give 3 hours of a new tactical.
Monday? About 3 hours then I quit.
Tueday? Like 3 hours max?
Wednesday today? 1 hour?

Adding to that, because if I were to talk shit enough, let's add an extras 2 hours.

Total hours spend: 12 hours on 4 days of gameplay.

That being said, I was able to even get even more experts than I could have done it
with premium subscription. It is probably and maybe safe, that my new set up is the
reason of this.(no it's not the furious)

Don't listen everything to the announcer/BO guy on your lower right. IMO that guy
should be removed.

If you recall anything from bootcamp or trainworld, you can gain experts without
even knowing it so there's too many factors to count, including the number of
recruits and expert ratio per sailor upon level up; in theory, you tend to gain more
expert on the number of recruits in your crews. One thing certain is you can't get
experts through missions, that was nerfed a long time ago.

AA teams just get it faster somehow, I'm guessing mostly because they kill things
more often without getting killed back (and losing their own experts in their process).
Planes themselves are hard targets in the sense they are the fastest thing in NF yet
the easiest to kill.

Gunner/Torpers teams get their experts whenever they succeed hitting on something
unless they either miss or do too little damage so damage is an important factor,
especially a critical.

Support/auxiliary crews are the ones who get the bitter end of the stick; they mostly
get experts by just leveling up or with the help of AA/Gunners/Torpers.

For Pilots they get just as fairly much, the tricky part is not to become food for
someone else. Veterans on them are safe from all forms of crew death (except HE
shells) but experts still retain a mortality rate, so in the brave words of the
GENERALS ZERO HOUR: Chinese Infantry General Shin Fai: "Can you survive the
journey?"

Other than the mentioned above, the only remaining alternative is to pay Expert+
items from the NF shop
