  • Some suggestion for Aircraft.. Please Look :D

First of all!!! This is not my idea, some body post it in Chinese forum, i just translate
it because i think it is a good idea, especially the fuel tank and rocket launcher..

1. The Airborne Equipment and Aircraft Weapon
1) Fuel Tank
same way to load just like loading bombs to Dive/Torpedo bomber; when the fighter
have fuel tank loaded, the range of Fighter will increase 20%; when fighter have fuel
tank loaded, the speed will decrease 5% and mobility will decrease 15% ; when the
CV have Fighter that loaded fuel tank, the critical attack rate increase 20-30%;
press "." button to drop the fuel tank.
Available type of aircraft: Tier 2/3/4 and Local Fighter

2) rocket launcher
same way to load just like loading bombs to Dive/Torpedo bomber; when fighter
have rocket launcher loaded, the speed will decrease 3% and mobility will decrease
13%; fire range is 2.5 times of the aircraft guns; can be use attack aircraft and ship
(attack those player who always drag the fighter and don't fight); it have low
damage (about 100 something); onliy can fire once, fire 3? or 5? rocket at once; no
homing ability, must at same level of height.(i think it can fall into water so it can
attack lower level aircraft)
Available type of aircraft: Tier 3/4 and Local Fighter

3) 50/100pounds (i think it should be "kg") bomb and bomb pylon
same way to load just like loading bombs to Dive/Torpedo bomber; pylon only need
to buy for once (i think it should be expensive); press "." to drop bomb; when the
fighter have bomb loaded, the range of Fighter will increase 20%; level bombing,
cannot dive (i think it can't lock); 2 or 3 pylon can be install on the fighter.
Available type of aircraft: ALL

All the airborne equipment are stored on the CV, press "Y" to swich the equipment
that been used on fighter; and the fighter can only install 1 equipment at once (and i
think it should take some time to change it..)
("?" in the sentence, means: the setting is not sure (balance problem))

2. custom key setting mod saving function
1) The player can adjsut the key settings and save their own settings and name it.
2) Player can save 3 different key settings
3) Can have different key settings for BB and CV (i think this should put into 1)
4) Add manual bombing functioin to Torpedo Bomber, they will decrease height
quickly to the torpedo drop height, but they can't dive.

3. Increase bomber and scout's self defending ability (useless)
1) they can automatic fire, but they will not chase the enemy aircraft..

4. The balance of Fighter
1) If local can load fuel tank, the low level CV can increase the battle ability (longer
range of local but decrease mobility and speed)
2) Increase the ability "Fighter"'s cap (i think the TNF already did)
3) Balance adjust:
US Fighter: Stronger Fire power, Faster speed
UK Fighter: Hardest armor, Lowest speed
KM Fighter: Strongest Fire power, Lower armor, Lower speed
IJN Fighter: Fastest speed, Lowest armor
MN Fighter: Harder armor, Faster speed

5. The AS Aircraft
1) It have sight range between Fighter and Scout
2) Can load Bomb, Depth Charge, Hedhog and Sonobuoy(sonar that float over the
water)
3) Have manual bombing function, but cannot dive too
4) The Sonobuoy's detection radius is determine by the new sailor's potential ability
5) Can automatic fire but it will not chase any aircraft (i think it means automatic fire
at enemy sub)
6) Press "." to drop manually, press "Y" to swich (i think it can take 2 different
weapon/equipment)

i agree, Local should not have any equpiment allowed...

i agree...
the scout can fly higher than fighter, but not that much, about 5 or something, to
make Fighter can't kill scout easily..
but PLEASE!!! don't let bomber take too many bombs at once...
if a bomber can take more than 1 bombs, the game will become more unbalance...

add something to Rockets: it have low AP ability, if the ship have 0.2 or more amror,
the damge of rockets will decrease 50%, 1.5-2.0 amror will make it have no
damage...
and for AS plane, the depth charge have 0 damage on normal Ships to prevent some
player throw a 20000 damage depth charge on a ship and 1 shot it..

I'd like to see some low level bombers get new weapons, like bigger bombs, depth
charges or rockets. That would make CV1s more competitive. Upper level bombers
would get multi-bombs and faster planes. Level out the DBs and TBs throughout the
various fleets., let the sailor ability make the difference. Add more fuel to reduce the
automatic turnaround annoyance during manual bombing runs. Today it's bombs or
torpedoes, add some new weapons. Remove automatic bombing from upper level
bombers. Make it more user intensive.

Fighters should have some win/lose feature that does not give one nation any clear
competitive advantage or disadvantage. Such as: speed, armor, guns (cannon or .50
cal) and ammo, fuel and range, turning and climb/dive rate, etc. Planes should
accelerate and run 110-120% when enemy sighted (burn more fuel).

Fighters should be about 10-25% faster all around. Scouts and bombers slower with
more fuel. If fighters were faster, the fuel would appear to last longer because the
fighters would be inside enemy areas before the return for fuel warning comes on,
negating a fuel change or drop tank requirement.

Fighter and bomber formation setups (wedge, line, box, open, etc.)

Way points and patrol zones, (take-off, climb, go to point A and patrol to point B, C,
D, or Z) .

Fighter maneuver commands, (dive and climb at faster rates)

Fighters attack ships with guns (cannons and rockets), increased air-gun defenses
for ships to offset. Balance armor and air gun to type of plane, not pilot level.

Pilot ability increases aircraft's speed, climb, dive, turning rate, sight range, fuel rate,
and accuracy of weapons, does not affect aircraft damage.

Escort friendly bombers or intercept enemy planes. (red/green reticle)

Double the maximum altitude in the game and limit aircraft max altitude. Install an
altimeter remove percent-o-meter. High altitude scouts have greater sight range,
etc.

Im fine with everything... BUT the locals. Locals shldnt hav any of these features.... their
dmg is high enuf

NO on the local part... locals are so fast because they carry next to no fuel
when you give them a fuel tank, they basically become T1s
