Well,

maybe some infos passed me, but i guess TNF isn큧 really sure how the will give the
Harbors to the fleets!

So i - and my m8s of ur fleet - talked about some possible solutions.

At the end we prefer an interserver match with the biggest fleets.

As condition the fleets have to bring up 35 Member (as in harbor assult rooms possible) at
all...

battle modes:

(1) The battles is a last man standing mode about 3 turns ( (beginning after a group
phase) with first game: bb4 - bb4 (cv4); 2nd bb5 vs bb5 (and cv 5); 3rd (what ever the
fleets want to bring up) --> Best of three

(2) No Group phase, also best of three mode


At the end the fleets who reaches the half finals get the harbors. The winning fleet can
choose at first the harbor they want to, the 2nd on afterwards..and so one..
