Borodino will be a EBB1, I'm 99% sure of that.

I've been looking through the sprite folder across NFNA, RU, and KR, and I have yet to
find the Archangelsk's sprite, so until I find it (or someone else finds it, I will not include
it in my shiptree/guide)

I doubt SDE would go to the trouble of repaiting the Revenge sprite had they not
wanted to include the Archangelsk, so I'm pretty sure we'll see her in game one day.

In reality, this entire SN fleet is make believe. The soviets had no damage control,
limited gunnery skills, pathetic AA capability, outdated guns and optics. These are the
people that gave us the disasters of Novorossiysk and the Russo-Japanese War. The soviet
navy was not very skilled. Some of these ships never even existed. Not like the Monty
didn't exist as the materials were at least gathered and full blueprints
designed... they never were more than an artists representation of a ship. If you were to
pit Soviet WWII ships against any others it would have been a slaughter. Archangelsk on
the ship tree? If you are saying that you want it for "historical" purposes of playing
it.... well, like I said, nothing here is historic at all.

Archangelsk and the other "R" class battleships were completely wore out by '44. They were
idle at port waiting the end of the war for scrap. The UK didn't have the manpower or the
industrial capability to properly maintain their fleet. Archangelsk in a historic sense
was sadly just junk by the time it was "lent" to the USSR. I don't think it should be on
the ship tree. In fact, I don't think 3/4 of the SN should be on the ship tree. I wish
that Yuko had put his energy into the superbly designed real Italian ships instead.

As an EBB sounds right to me. I was kinda hoping the SN would also get the Murmansk,
the Omaha class cruiser loaned from the US.

In one of the Soviet preview threads, there was a shipyard image of the
Archangelsk. And since it's not on the regular ship tree, we can only imagine it would
probably appear as an EBB, just like the Borodino.

The Archangelsk is likely going to be the EBB2 while the EBB1 will go to the russian
pre-dreadnought Potemkin

I think what Desolate is trying to say in short is that the ships you are asking about would either
be obsolete, such as the destroyers, or pretty much a clone of another nation's bb. Seeing as
how there is the Revenge and it's buffed clone Resolution, It would seem kind of strange and
disappointing to UK/SN players to add yet another clone of the Revenge-class to the game.

As for it being added as an EBB2 or 3, I seriously doubt it and heres why: All EBBs introduced
thus far have been clones of pre-existing ships(E.g. New Mexico and Mississippi, Revenge and
Resolution.) Seeing as how your requested BB is not one of the pre-existing ships, it cannot be
cloned, thus, cannot be added.

It also cannot be added as a PBB seeing as how US/SN both have the Sevas.

Now, the only chance it has of being added, although it is a slim one, is it being added as an
EBB1.

My only counter to that is that the Archangelsk would have to be equal or slightly more
powerful than the Revenge, while at the same time being less powerful than the Resolution.
(Revenge>Archangelsk>Resolution) (3 Revenge-class ships)

Sadly, I don't think the ship you want will ever be added to the game, but if it does
congratulations and I hope you enjoy it to it's fullest.
