ACC for an AA gunner is debatable subject, more of a question of how much you want ACC in your gunner.
On one hand, having low accuracy (shotgun spread) means you get to hit plane formations that tend to fan out, like fighters.
On the other, high accuracy like phat's preference, is good for sniping and would be more ideal to intercept tight plane formations, like bombers.
Personally one extreme of the other isn't good, and it comes down to other factors like the gun, FCS and T-slot layout itself. KM is very average good in all these aspects, if you like your shots to fan out more, try using a finder FCS, if not, keep manual FCS. (Auto is obviously useless.)
