iirc they did that to keep anyone from starting off at level 24. Not that it made much
of a difference, but hey... If youre really worried about it, drop them at 11 with
premium so it puts you 1 exp short of 12.

Awesome thanks, I knew about not classing past 12 due to lost ability, but for some reason
I was thinking that when MN came out we were not supposed to lvl past 11 otherwise they
would be unclassable to MN. No idea where the idea came from, thanks for clearing it up
though.

You can level your neuts anything over 12 if you really wanted too. The problem is that
you lose extra ability if you level after 12 when you could be classing them.

But yes, best thing to do is level them to level 12 and as close to level 13 as you can
than when SN open, class them.

Note: You can class any nuet till level 25.(You cant class a 25 Sailor)
