Laptop= FN keys failed!!!

Yesterday I still can use my FN key, but today when I start my laptop the screen
appear "cant find files, mom missing" after that i find out my FN key cant work.
Anybody can help me? Thank you.

Yeah, I'm not really sure if you're talking about a total windows failure or just a small
software issue. Please elaborate.

Firstly, can you even access the login screen or the desktop? Secondly, do you recall having
Windows Update yesterday or did you install anything?
