Fleet/Squad Penalty?

mongoose88	Does anyone know when they plan to reactivate it? I didn't see anything in regards to that on the one sticky left up about the fleet/squad info wipe they did. With tonight's patch perhaps? I suppose it doesn't serve much function until HA is reactivated, but I was just curious.

iampants	No its not before HA because there are HA this weekend.... well at least the empty harbours are being attacked. But that only gives them until next week's patch to reintroduce the fleet penalty or the HA the week after will be a mercenaries feast :)

firesonboy	i believe they will issue it when they put it back on again. otherwise, we won't be able to know ^^ but certainly, i suppose it will be before any HA :)
