It seems like the Soviet subs are mediocre like US subs. A lack of creativity in my
opinion. KM subs are the only subs which are truly unique. Their CV's don't even really
stand out as different other than looks.

As far as most folks are concerned, the SS4 should be an SS3 (for any nation).

I ran a short test the other night, and from what I can tell, no. In fact, I daresay the
SS4 is a glorified Kadai. But, it was just one test, so it might redeem itself yet.

I did notice that it can hold a very fat crew.
