If it helps Norton users you can get around the problem

Before downloading client or running new patch

Temp disable Insight Protect

Temp Disable Download Intelligence

Keep these disabled whilst downloading exe and installing / run

Remember to turn them back on when finished. I have talked a couple of people through
this and it works

lol norton sucks because it does crap like this..... thats y i use trend micro internet
security.... have never had a problem with it :P

i have the same AV and problem

Norton Internet Security also see's both the patch and the sprite file as a meduim threat
and removes them both before they load!
