  • How long does it take to get support on payment issues

I have submitted multiple tickets over the past few hours and get no response.
According to TNF a GM needs to look at it. Any sane person would think that on a
major release date a GM would be standing by to handle issues with SDE making
money but I guess they do not need or want the money. Please respond to my
tickets and correct the problem.

This truely makes me think that this game is going to die very soon.

heres your solution once u finally get the refund quit this game :D

and yes the games dead thanks to hacksheild which i can already hack past just because i
wanted to see if its worth crap toke 2 minutes...

they're quick to take your money...but excessively slow to actually do any support at
all. They really just don't give a flying F$*k about premium customers at all.

O do not get me wrong jd70 I am with you on this there support is a joke I posted
on this before. And your right there should much better support after update like we
just had.

What I was say is the mod do the best they can when something they cannot help
with. They pass up to NF team who do not work 24/7 and for the most part do not
read your tickets but cut and pat old reply뭩.

The game is not like WOW so you cannot expect WOW level of support. But so half
way good support would be a start.

Any news on my ticket i been waiting 3 days now. :(

I am with JD70. I am also having a payment issue that I brought to their attention
about 10 hours ago. You say that I should wait a day or so before being concerned?
the time limit for a full refund is 24 hours. So I should wait until I am not eligible for a
refund before I get concerned? I think you have it all wrong. The level of service
provided for my North American (I'm Canadian) dollars is a strong factor in whether I
would be willing to process a return.

I can appreciate that a large patch just came out. But if they start an NF Store event
with the patch (bad idea obviously) they should provide additional support and
payment issues should take precedence over incorrect sprites in my opinion.

I understand the timezone issue although I work for a software company and we
DO provide 24/7 support with people always on call. Where I work is a little worse
then here since payment outages or anything that could cause a client to lose
revenue cost us over $10k per minute.

After a major upgrade you would think they also would have staff on hand since this
is the likely time people will be buying stuff. Heck they even have an event that
requires you to pay.

This here is SDE's money and they do not seem to care so I guess I will no longer
care to give them any.

yep Jd70 there not a lot of cover over the weekend even if the servers go down.

The mods do a good job and do get back fast if it is something they can help with.
for payment and other things I not hold your breath at all.
I still waiting two after for a reply from the NF team.

Normaly i give them 24 hours to get a reply before you start jumpping up and down.
Only fair due to time zone stuff.

Thanks for the reply and they have my thoughts and timeline in the support tickets
so it is their choice if they want to support US clients and collect US money.

In a day and age where transactions are done worldwide you would expect that if a
company collects money globally they would have staff in place to make sure they
can sell their goods within a respectable timeframe.

With your reply I have to assume that on weekends and holidays there is no
support for payment issues until the following business day and that is so very sad
for a global company, not less a company WHO WRITES SOFTWARE and can not
handle processing transactions that would make them money.

Sir,

All the GM's are in Korea. It is not quite 4 AM there yet. They will get to your issue
during their business hours, and how long that takes them is dependent on how many other
people are having issues that might be in the queue in front of you.
