B.O Tech tree messed up Help!!!

Is anyone getting the soviets ship tree messed up its fine for all the other nations but
the soviets tree is out of place and wont show up here is a screen that i took of what it
looks like and also i got the ships it self fix i just need help fixing the tree.

Reinstall using the Full Client 1315. That should fix the Russian Federation Flag (note
that Soviet Sailors have the proper Soviet Flag known as the Soviet Naval Ensign) , and
it should also fix the tech tree.
1
