ya i have when i did i reinstalld then after it was done it would close the download
and nothing would pop up about it intill like 10mins later and it would say it didnt
download right didnt have all the files... personly from wat other ppl have said i think
its my anti-virus sut up... ill just turn it off and after its done ill turn it back on if it
works ill post it on here

Should anyone still have problems and the current patching system (auto vs manual)
doesn't work for you, please uninstall the game completely, delete all files and
folders and empty the trash, reboot and reinstall with a fresh copy of the full client.

ya i have norton and it happens ever time so i gess ill do wat u said i hope it will

fustrating isn't it.

Your "treating PC" comment leads me to believe that your AV (anti-virus) client may be
seeing at least some of the .exe files as a security threat.

For example, Norton software rated the new sprite exe file and the original manual patch
file as medium threats and therefore removed/quarantined them before it could be
installed. Your history report should confirm if this is the case. If so then you will have to
temp disable elements of the software (in Norton Internet Security for example you must
turn off both Insight Protection and Download Intelligence .... which are the top and
bottom settings on the first control screen). Turn them off .... run the download .... run the
install ..... test operation .... and then turn the settings back on.

Please remember to turn them all back on once you have resolved the issue!!!!

so am i going to get anymore help... or in other words is anyone going to help me

all my friends have got it to work that im on teamspeak with and 1 said he
uninstalled it and reinstalld it and it was fine i do the same thing and im having all
theses probs its anoying it was fine in till u guys made the new patch...

o that one ya ive done it. it just finshed and it says it treating my pc... i igoned them
cus i have downloaded this one b4 and now its not doing nothing

Go to Downloads --> Game Download --> and click on the Client Download Link.

If you are having trouble with the patch and also with the manual patch, I would advice
you to download the latest game client NF1315 and reinstall the game from there. It
should install the latest files.
