What's wrong with the Monty/L2/Yamato?

The only thing I can see is the Monty and L2's 110 guns, and the submergence of the
L2 (which can be nerfed)

Current Issue is the SN CA,bb2,bb4 and bb5.

Range is not the same, atleast not from the charts I've seen posted by the testers (think
it was Phats chart).

Realistically no one nation can be given a rediculous advantage. I hate to use the term
balance but there does have to be a relative amount. A game that provides 5 nation
choices with one being dramatically better than the others turns into a game of 1 nations.

KM will have the best range still, from what the balancing team says but thats a way
off.
