If u goes into harbor, then u see ship parked in harbor.
let says u have 4 bb in harbor. sevas, iowa, monty, yorktown and nebby.
but if u enter US harbor u see first on nebby without crew and u must alwijs move to other
ship. terrible job.

if u give sevas number 1 and yorktown 2. rest free place.
u see first sevas by enter the US harbor. next is yorktown.
