As for new TW nation no they lack the Range IJN has to be efftive however there also not
USN super close range torps either. Yes I personally tested some of the CL's CA's and some
DD's as TW only while in blitz it will work outside of blitz SN is just to slow to even
make it in TW range. SN TW even in high levels is still 1/4 the range of IJN Kai or
Special Torps.

i have to disagree USSR torps are simply too fast to avoid and the fact they are so
close makes it even harder even if the torps are weak so many makes buldge and
belt useless. if the number of torps/ speed was decreased or the strangely short det
range for the USSR torps its kind of sad to have games with 40+ ships not making it
to prem due to all the torps w/ a small map like hobbit map putting distance
between you and anything is impossible. not to complain i love the new nation( fits
my playstyle perfectly) the torps leave room for temple rubbing

I haven't noticed much difference. over half the ships carry torps regardless of being
shining examples of gunships or not.

haha no way will it replace kita

kita is major long-range TW, and SN torps have least range of anything (or so it
seems)

i must say, it is annoying getting close to a SN DD and getting 15 torps fired at you,
its really annoying and makes me mad.
however, i cant wait to get my SN DD and make others angry! :D

LOL Yeah right, there is no way the Kits will be replaced by any SN ships.

It is immensely fun playing TW in a Bogatyr in Blitz.

I have to agree on the SN torps. In close, your screwed. But they detonate fast.
Then again, an armor w-hored Bogatyr with 8 3 or 4 tube launchers can get in fast,
take damage and suprise torp. No fun for anyone. The Bogatyr class is considerably
smaller than the kita which is an adavantage IMO. I have to say, rest well Kita.

Nah, they simply lack the range, even UK has slightly more range i think. Lets wait till
people get higher level engies, then the fun might start. But you gotta get in real close.
