No PCL for SN?

ArkofTruth	I have been looking around the store and I have noticed at the time of posting this that there is no premium CL for this nation. Not sure about others but I use PCL to fill in the gap between CL and CA as they are alot better then the standard ones so the question is. Is there going to be a PCL for Soviet Navy and if so when is it coming out? All the other nations have one.

js23	gee the cls are small as it is, but more space for armour would be nice

weylin	I don't see the need as their CLs are already the size of a frigate XD
