And incase you don't know (which I'll assume you don't hence your post) Fleet League has
restrictions on ship tier and team size. Therefore player skill counts.

Stats are irrelevant.

This has been proven by how bad alot of the playerbase is who have a high win ratio and
how often I see the supposedly 'good' players DC when they are about to lose. HAs and FLs
will be where player skills will be shown.
