The trip 6" guns for Chapayev doesn't come until level 34 though.

It would be one of the best CLs if the spread didnt suck. I would even go so far as to
say that its one of the best CLs in game if it wasnt for that minor thing...I mean for its
lvl you get quite a punch 4 turrent config with 3x6". Thats what UK give you at 35.

What he means is that any SN BO that hits level 29 can control the Chap, no matter which
shiptree line you chose.

Its an event cl you get it when you hit 29
