I download it then I attempt to extract but it says the folder does not exist. I think the
problem is after I tell it to extract to a specific folder that does exist, it then
chooses another folder that does not exist.

make a temp folder on the desktop and extract it there, then copy and paste the
files over and delete after you verify in game that its fixed
