  • Paypal processing / Navyfield item distribution broke?

I ordered 37 dollars worth of items from the nf store on the 12th, got charged for it and
payment procesed successfully, however im still waiting for my items, ive sent in 2
support tickets and havent got any reply yet, (its been 46 hours since my first support
tiket) has anyone else here had any similar problems?

yeah grinding suks -.- but from dat u gain bettr experience :D
anyway i feel sorry for your problems, everyone made mistakes, me anf you and so does TNF
and paypal ^.^

BTW, I'm not here to slander anyone, I'm just replying to a critical situation that has
major repercussions in game play on my part, I am a squad leader and although I don't like
to "make waves" I'd like to say my fleet members are depending on me to deliver results.


I would really like everyone's feedback on this topic if possible, and I'm sure the higher
up's would like to see this kind of knowledge base as well. Please post your opinions /
observations on this topic here. Thank you for for reading.

I dont feel bad, just a little annoyed because I really needed those items and I wasted my
whole weekend with premium trying to resolve the issue, I received a reply 48+ 2 hours on
the issue (not requesting a refund, just the items I purchased) but they refunded my
transaction anyways, Apparently they lost my shopping cart details so I lost my 3 elite
lvl 1 engineers, 5 boosts, x6 x2 100 expert packs, and somthing else I purchased but
forgot what it was, maybe mines??? but anyways, this was the support ticket:


I keep looking in payment history for my items to post on
the server, I keep looking in game for my items, I've
checked my paypal account several times to verify my
purchase was successfull and I've submitted a previous
ticket 2 days ago, I'de really like to have my items
really soon, in the past using paypal my items showed up
instantly on the server but I'm at a loss here trying to
get them still, I'm starting to wonder if I should
resolve my issue though paypal....


This was the response:

Hello,

It looks as if you have experienced a server
connection problem with paypal. I cancelled your
transaction, and you should see the credit soon.
When the problem occurs again, please let us know
the transaction ID along with the list of items
purchased. We will add items manually. We
apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for
your patience.

This was my reaction:

Umm, doesn't my money pay your bills to operate this game and better it in the long-run?
Why didn't you guys just send a initial response in question to my issue of money I
allocated twards my most all time favorite game in the world in the first place, (I
would'nt be so upset, if communication was key to begin with) why did I take the advice
of the in-game mod to wait 24-48 hours response time when I should wait for a reply? (I'm
not going to mention how long it was that i received a reply from a TNF mod about the
issue), If anything I would just like to see better customer service skills to identify
the topic at hand to reslove a issue much quicker.

dont feel bad bought prem on 3-6-2011 and still havent recieved it yet, via credit
option, and I was charged for it as well
1
