I'll throw my 2 cents in here.

I am running 6 +11 Engys with +11 repair and 10 restore so essentially 11,10,11 Engies.

I also have 2 +12 reps with +10 rest so 12,10 Reps.

All are BVE with 109vets and minimum recruits.

All are at level 60-63

The Sevas they are on has 750SD and the repair rate is excellent.

OH is also extremely acceptable at this level. Almost 2 minutes.

I will take this setup any day over 4 reps 4 engies.

Plus I have maxed out the Engine cap I believe with the ship doing 42knots.
