We would much rather have been people playing than under suspension, but when they do it
needs to be within the rules. When they cannot play within the rules then unfortunately
we have to resort to other educative methods to ensure they play within the rules in
future. One of those is suspensions. If people do not learn from the suspensions then
they get longer until they reach the point where the account will be locked for a long time.
